How do I check availability and book?

You can check availability and make bookings directly on our booking platform Eviivo. Simply select your dates, choose your cottage or pod, and follow the instructions to confirm your reservation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

✓ Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00
✓ Check-out until 11:00
If you’d like to request an early or late check-in or check-out, you can make a special request when you book.
Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed. If early or late check-in or check-out is essential to your travel plans, we recommend checking the cancellation options before you book.

Can I bring extra guests?

All guests staying at the property must be included on the booking.

  • Undeclared guests or additional visitors may result in a £40 charge per person.
  • If the maximum occupancy is exceeded without prior agreement, guests may be asked to leave or pay the applicable additional fees.

Please contact us in advance if your booking details change.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome at Tunnel Cottages, however all pets must be included on your booking prior to arrival.

  • £10 per dog, per night
  • If pets arrive that have not been declared on the booking, an additional £25 charge will apply on top of the standard pet fee, or entry may be refused.

For guests bringing multiple dogs or staying for longer periods, please contact us before booking. We are happy to discuss a reduced rate for longer stays with several pets.

Pet Rules

  • Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottages.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times outdoors.
  • Dogs are not permitted on furniture, beds, or soft furnishings.

Can I park there?

Each cottage includes parking for one vehicle.

If you plan to bring additional vehicles, please let us know in advance. Extra vehicle charges may apply on arrival.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Cancellations or booking changes must be made through the same platform you used to book (e.g. eviivo or Booking.com). Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. If you wish to make any changes to your booking please contact us.

Are the cottages wheelchair or disability friendly?

At the moment, our cottages and pods aren’t fully wheelchair-accessible. We’re in the process of upgrading some spaces to improve accessibility and comfort for guests with mobility needs. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise on current access and progress.

 

Do you offer any extras during my stay?

Yes – we can provide fresh bedding and towels, firewood, and laundry services for a small fee. We also offer optional extras for special occasions, such as birthdays or romantic getaways, which can include simple decorations or small treats to make your stay extra special.

What are the gym opening times?

Gym opening times:

  • 8am–10am
  • 6pm–8pm

Are there rules for the wellness facilities?

Yes, please read the Terms & Conditions and all on-site signage before using the gym, sauna, cold dip, or hot tub facilities.
